Welcome to this website (hereinafter referred to as the "site"), which is owned and operated by The New Zealand Rugby Union Foundation of new Zealand Incorporated and/or its associated companies, their subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and brands (collectively "NZRF"). NZRF maintains the site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following Terms & Conditions concerning the use of the site and its associated services.
Acceptance
By accessing and using this site and/or any pages thereof you signify your agreement with, understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all information pertaining to both this site and any material on it. If you do not agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions, you do not have permission to access the contents of this site and therefore should cease using this site immediately. In addition, when using particular services, you and NZRF shall be subject to any guidelines or rules or additional terms and conditions applicable to such services that may be posted on the site from time to time. All such guidelines, rules or additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

NZRF reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you by posting changes online. No Offer of Service
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the material on the site is for information purposes only. NZRF makes no representation that material on the site is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those users who choose to access the site do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that The New Zealand Rugby Union Foundation of New Zealand Incorporated is the proprietor or the authorised user of the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights (IP Rights) in the software, text, graphics and other material (content) displayed or made available through the site.
All rights, including copyright and database rights, in NZRF’s site and its contents, are owned by or licensed to NZRF, or otherwise used by NZRF as permitted by applicable law. The use or misuse of these trade marks or any materials, except as permitted herein and including without limitation use as a domain name or as part of a domain name, is expressly prohibited and nothing stated or implied on this site confers on you any licence or right under any patent, copyright work, trade mark, design or other right of a similar nature of NZRF or any third party.
Nothing stated or implied in this site is designed to grant any licence or right under any copyright or other intellectual property rights of NZRF or any third party or to use any names, logos, pictures, trade marks or other works or content featured on the site. No act of downloading or otherwise copying or reproducing from the site will transfer title to you to any software or material on the site, unless express statements are communicated to you by NZRF to the contrary.
Own Non-Commercial Use
You may view, download, and print contents from the site subject to the following conditions: (a) the content may be used solely for information purposes and for your own personal non-commercial private use; and (b) the content may not be modified, adapted or altered in any way. Without prejudice to general prohibition on linking to the site without NZRF’s prior consent, you may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using NZRF's name or trade marks without the express written consent of NZRF. You may not use any NUM8ER logo or NZRF logo or rugbyfoundation.com logo or other proprietary graphic or trade mark as any button or link to the site without express written permission from the appropriate owner in each case.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by NZRF, other site users and/or any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene, defamatory or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
You do not acquire any ownership rights to any content in the site. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or licence granted by NZRF and shall constitute a clear and material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Although NZRF has taken reasonable care to ensure that the information and data on this site is accurate at the time of publication, these are for general information purposes only and no representation or guarantee (including liability towards third parties), expressed or implied, is made as to accuracy, reliability or completeness. You specifically acknowledge that the site uses a high speed news and information service for publishing scores, news and information and due to the short time span between the occurrence of an event and its reporting on the site it is possible that inaccuracies may be occasionally published. NZRF is not responsible for the content of external internet sites that link to this site or which are linked from it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law NZRF accepts no responsibility for loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on information or opinions contained in this site and assumes no liability for the use or interpretation of information or opinions contained herein. E-mail Service
In situations where NZRF may give you the option to subscribe to any e-mail service which will update you with news or information which it considers to be of interest to you, your use of the content received through the e-mail service will be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
NZRF does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this site. Please note that any information or material sent to NZRF via the site will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending NZRF any information or material, you grant NZRF an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that NZRF is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.
Access to some services or content may require registration. This will result in you being allocated a user ID and password that must be used whenever requested. That username and password are personal to you and you agree at all times to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not to disclose them to any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for any use of the site by any person using your username and password. Indemnity

We reserve the right at all times to terminate, upon notice to you and for any reason, including for your violation of any of these terms and conditions, your licence to access the site.
If any of these Terms & Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms & Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining Terms & Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
General Terms are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with, New Zealand law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
Failure or omission by the NZRF at any time to enforce or require strict or timely compliance with any terms of these Terms and Conditions will not affect or impair that term in any way or the rights of the NZRF to avail itself of the remedies it may have in respect of that term. No waiver by the NZRF of any breach by you of any term of these Terms and Conditions at any time is deemed to be a waiver of any other breach of that term or any other terms by you.
